If you want to get your referrals quick, the congaman has already had 3 people recieve their stuff within a VERY short period of running his congas.  So if youre doing notebooks4free then do this conga because it is SHORT AS DONKEY BALLS (i dont know if donkey balls are short but whatever)

No instructions on how to get on the conga if I am already signed up...
I assume by the wording used in your post, it is possible to get on this conga if you are already signed up?

No sorry...maybe get someone who hasnt signed up that you know who doesnt care about it and then you get your link in their spot.  Ask congaman
