Hi. i am not sure if this is the right place to be in the Tech guide. But i am sure someone will help point me in the right direction.

I have this black screen with an advert for top antispy ware and don't know how to remove it. Have tried ad-aware and spybot but they don't do anything. Can you help.

Try Microsoft's AntiSpyware.  Make sure you restart your computer after running antispyware.  Then do a disk cleanup and defrag.
