Title: Azereus D/load speed = 6 B/S

Azereus was downloading unusually slowly so I removed all the completed downloads thinking it would concentrate on finding people who where downloading the same files as me. Instead download/upload speeds are stready at about 0?! Occasionally, they'll go up a few bytes per second.

Ratio of download:upload is 0.928.

Perhaps I should also add that the port testing gives result 'OK' and e-mule is uploading/downloading just fine.
