Title: Win 2k Floppy Access Crash System

When I access most of my floppy disks while I\'m loged onto win 2K my sysem crashes, I\'ve been able to elliminate the drive as being faulty as it working in 9x and linux.  Has anyone got any ideas what could be causing the crashes?
