We have a little work to do, but should get you all clean
Please try and post at earliest convienence to ensure we get you all clean

Let's do the following first

Go to START>>>RUN>>>type in services.msc
Hit OK
In the next window, look on the right hand side for this service
name---- WinTools for IE service

Double click on it--- STOP the service--If running
In the drop down menu, change the startup type to Disabled

Access your Add/Remove programs via Control Panel and Remove if found
WinTools for IE service

Restart the computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Find and delete this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Wintools <-this folder

Can I have you REDOWNLOAD Hijackthis and save it too a Permanent folder
You can redownload it from my signature below
I don't want it in your temp folder, we will probably clean that folder later and all backups will be lost that are created by Hijackthis

Post back with a fresh log from Hijackthis
