Title: Help! Sasser an clicksearchlick

Just got a new laptop for my birthday but unfortunetly it didnt have a firewall installed on it and I got alot of crap! including the ever annoying clicksearchclick and the sasser worm virus! not only that but for some reason I can't open hijackthis. :S

Is my new laptop doomed?

Any help is much appreciated
