Title: XP SP2 Slipstreaming advantages?

Hi, I'm currently running XP SP1 with all the updates from MS and I also just downloaded the standalone SP2 file(WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU).

I was told that I would get better results by slipstreaming SP2 into a new ISO and create a XP SP2 installation disk rather than just run the WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU on top of my current SP1, is that true?
