Title: My computer run slow,very slow

Every time I try to change webpage, search in google...and other things, my computer takes a long time to do any assignment and sometimes it doesn't do it at all!!!

My Real Time Protector (F-Prot Antivirus)
says that there could be an unknown virus...in the folder of temporary internet files...but this folder disappeared ???

If its not due to virus or spyware, perhaps your HD is heavily fragmented, try defragmenting and make it a practice to run a defragger regularly, this can help improve system performance.

You may want to Defrag however, as Libra suggests if you haven't done this in awhile
