Its called RefStop (http://\"http://www.RefStop.com/register.htm?r=iloveapple\") and I signed up and got my 11 referrals for my Mac Mini in a week and a half. It is really great, the way it works is this.
You sign up, enter the sites you need refs for, and then it brings up a list of active members who can trade with you. You can view a members feedback, search the forums for complaints about the member, etc. The system keeps scammers at bay because of the feedback system, and member with complaints against them get their accounts banned.
I hope youll check it out because its a lifesaver. Feel free to talk to the moderators, look around on the forums, etc before joining so you feel secure. I think youll find its the best way to get your referrals.

[/quote]Yeah, except its regulated to reduce scammers to a minumum, and make it easy to get the refs you need by hooking you up with members with good feedback who can trade with you.

[/quote]No. There is a one time fee of $6. I think it is well worth it however, as you get to trade referrals forever. If you are unsure, just check out the forums, talk to the admins, and you will see that its just as advertised.
