What kind of problems are you having?
Could you also Redownload the latest version of Hijackthis from my Signature below
Save it too a permanent folder on your hard drive
Run another scan with the newer version of Hijackthis and post a fresh log
Please post the WHOLE log, it appears you may of cut off the bottom part of your last log posted

My IE will suddenly close several or all open windows. Misc, programs start up usually after this happens, but sometimes an app will start to run, such as an unscheduled AV scan or one of my anti-spyware apps (MS AntiSpyware or Lavasoft) will begin an unscheduled scan. I followed your instructions and hope I got the whole logfile this time. Thanks for the help.

Can you do the following please
Download and save to your Desktop CWShredder.exe (http://\"http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWShredder.exe\")
We'll need this later
Download and UNZIP to the desktop or a folder
DelDomains.zip (http://\"http://www.geekstogo.com/modules.php?modid=5&action=download&id=40\")
So you now have Deldomains.inf extracted
We'll need this later
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.
Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE (http://\"http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001060608000039?OpenDocument&ExpandSection=4#_Section4\")
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, just before Windows loads, or use the link
I supplied for a more detailed explanation
In safe mode, find and delete any of these files if they exist
Let me know if you find any
c:\windows\system32\systime.exe <-file
c:\windows\system32\wintime.exe
c:\windows\system32\dktime.exe
Stay in safe mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = http://213.159.117.134/index.php (http://\"http://213.159.117.134/index.php\")
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = http://213.159.117.134/index.php (http://\"http://213.159.117.134/index.php\")
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {DA17DF7C-A673-44E9-92FC-D7DD02D7A0E8} - (no file)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.mlsnet.com (http://\"http://www.mlsnet.com\")
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://www.rapidshare.de (http://\"http://www.rapidshare.de\")
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://download.zonelabs.com (http://\"http://download.zonelabs.com\")
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.iframedollars.biz (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.slotchbar.com (HKLM)
O21 - SSODL: Trayz - {F5B7D0BE-5f02-4211-96DB-386DFA244900} - (no file)
After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows,
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis
Run CWShredder.exe and click on the FIX button
Let it run, it will fix what it finds
Afterwards
Restart back to Normal mode
==Right Click on DelDomains.inf>>Choose Install from the menu bar
This will delete all your Trusted and Ranges entries
Run another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log
Could you also open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Hosts File Manager
Click the "Open In Notepad" button
A text file will open, copy and paste the whole contents of this text file back here too
NOTE:IF, at any time you are prompted by Microsoft's Anti-Spyware about a change
ALLOW the changes so it won't interfere with any fixes we are trying
-

To ensure MAS is not getting in the way
Can you do the following please
=Right-click on the Microsoft Anti-Spyware tray icon by your clock (it's the one with the red and yellow bulls-eye).
=Click on "Security Agents Status".
=Click on "Disable real-time protection".
Next, open Microsoft Anti-Spyware. [list=1]
- Click on the Options menu, then Settings.
- Select "Real Time Protection" from the left column.
- Uncheck "Enable (MSAS) Security Agents" and "Enable real-time spyware threat protection".
- Click the Save button.
Finally, Right-click on the MSAS tray icon, select "Shutdown Microsoft Antispyware", and click "Yes" in the dialog that comes up.
Please don't reenable this until after we're sure your clean
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = http://213.159.117.134/index.php (http://\"http://213.159.117.134/index.php\")
Optionally, tick the next 2 also, they're not threats, but not needed on startup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis
Restart your computer and post a fresh hijackthis log

Looks good, It appears that MAS is still running in the background
That's OK, your clean now
If you did disable it you can make sure the protection is reenabled
If everything is running better
You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature (http://\"http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm\")
Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled
You should set up protection against future attacks
SpywareBlaster 3.4 by JavaCool (http://\"http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html\")
*Will block bad ActiveX Controls
*Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
*Restrict actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer
After installation, Check for updates and then click the "Enable all protection"
IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
Here is a tutorial and download link
TUTORIAL==Link to Tutorial (http://\"http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtutorial=53\")
Download link (http://\"https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/ehowes/www/resource.htm#IESPYAD\")
With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply click the "enable all protection"
You should also make your Way to Windows updates and get all Latest Critical(High Priority) updates and Service Pack 2
This helps to keep your system secure as well
