Title: registry files problem

I am having a major problem with this entry...I get an error saying "access denied" when I am trying to install a program and such about this specific key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run.

It says "Error 1402.  Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run.  Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

It happens when I try to re-install Norton Anti-Virus, which now does not work at all and install "ITUNES" for the new iPod I got for my birthday.

Can somebody please help me!?
