Title: new problem..

hii guys i have this problem on my comp now..everytime i start my computer this popup comes up which says "windows explorer" has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience..and i'd have to click don't send.. but it will always come up whenever unallowing me to do anything on my comp.. so i just slid the popup to the side, where i can't see it heh. but then i can't open my recycling box, and sometimes when i click on folders or my computer this popup comes up "dr watson post mortem debugger has to close.." so i think this is the problem? i searched about it on google and i hear its good or bad.. i don't know?

Can you do the following for me please
Ensure that Windows is Set to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Can you email me your drwaston32.log please

It's found in this folder

sorry i didn't reply faster, i was studyin fer exams and stuff.. well yea.. would u mean this?

i think that only happened when i tried burning something to a cd, but then i delete those files so.. i guess its not a problem anymore.
and the pop up thing doesn't come up anymore.. but the thing is that sometimes i want to see how much gb i have left in my hd so i go 2 my computer and click "hp pavilion (c:)" and then it freezes and does that pop up thing but only once.. it says "windows explorer needs to close.." then "drwatsondebugger needs to close" and yea.. i dont know what's up with that

It may very well be a problem with SP2 and Alcohol 120%

Are you running the latest version of Alcohol?
I've heard of others having right click problems in SP2 when they have Alcohol installed

You may have to uninstall the software and see if the problem goes away
You can check their website for an updated version
