Title: Is IBUX a scam?

Hi,

never used a paid to search or paid 2 click kinda thing. I did some quick research on google, and only found 1 result saying IBUX is a scam which cheered me up, but i want a second opionion.

Is IBUX a scam?
Is it open 2 International users?
am i gonna get spammed?
