CHPLaptops just went live today. You earn a laptop by reading sponsored messages posted on thier website, referring others, and making a purchase from thier online store. They'll have offers you can complete for points soon too.
The site was started by some guys who were scammed by EzLaptop, and wanted to start a site like it, but legitimate. You pay $10 to join, then earn credits towards your choice of 2 different laptop models. I think they plan to include a couple gifts that require fewer points in the future.
Get in early and start getting credits now. Here is the link to check it out: http://www.chplaptops.com/ (http://\"http://www.chplaptops.com/index.php?ref=23\")

Up one more time
-
They are determined to be legit. Check them out.
-
They've been one or two messages a day, worth one and two points each.
-
11 credits in less than a week, and most of them from the sponsors.
-
Just keeping it at the top.
-
A laptop computer for $10, and a few minutes each day.
Click here to check it out (http://\"http://www.chplaptops.com/index.php?ref=23\")
-
Its cheaper than the offers on most incentive web sites, and you dont have to buy or trade for referrals.
-
10 email credits in the first week...

Have you read their story on that site. Those are probably are 3, 14 year old dudes, who saw that ez laptop scamed people and got some bucks, and decided to do the same. In their faq it says how many credits do you earn per day, well its one. Good luck to you, paid 10 and for 200 something credits, you will get it in a year or two when they will close. In 200 days you will get your laptop.
-
This site is real and there you can get a gift in less than 30 days. Check it out guys.

I have spoken to these guys online, and was part of the discussions that occured on the finaleforums before the admins took the threads down. I am also a member of the Yahoo group that was created for the planning of this site.
They just switched to a dedicated server.
Theres no fighting with incentive sites over receiving credit for completed offers (which is something that has become all too common). SuperPSPs4Free never gave me credit for the offer I completed as my part of a trade before they took the money and ran.
I am still fighting with BMG Music and Coobro to receive credit on Tech4Free.
Freerazr.com is still scamming me for an offer I completed in May.
I fought with OC to receive credit on an offer I did for months before finally receiving credit for it, and my trading partner turned out to be a scammer (andy_g1213 on the A4F forums).
Sorry, but the way things are going now, I'll probobly have my laptop from these people before I receive anything from those other sites. And by the way, there are other ways to receive extra credits if you're just too impatient.

CHPLaptops doesn't have a testimonials page because they opened less than 2 weeks ago. Thats hardly enough time for someone who does not have all the facts to make a false judgement against them. I also notice that giftsfor5dollars only has 2 testimonials. If they were so great, I would think they would have more. CHPLaptops does have a user forum though for members to post thier testimonials.
DO NOT join girftsfor5dollars. They dont even tell you how many people you have to refer until it's too late and you're already out the $5.00. If they're giving out $300 items, they would have to require 60 refs just to break even, and that doesn't include hosting fees & shipping. I dont know about you, but I'd have a really hard time finding that number of people to waste $5 on a pyramid scheme that cant possible go more than 5 levels. Oh. by the way, they claim its not a pyramid or matrix scheme but it is. Read the description of what matrix and pyramid schemes are, and ALL referral based incentive sites fit that.
Why dont any of your posts mention how many people you need to refer?
Why doesn't the site mention how many you need before you spend your money? It's not in thier TOS. Why is this a secret?
I dont recall starting this thread for some jerk to trash the site and spam his own referral link.

its 25 referals dude, not 60 as u might think, or its not a pyramid scheme. by the way I have a advise for you, conserve your nerves while u still young. Here is the question for you as well: Ok, if you like so much that laptop site, tell me this: Why does chp laptop charge $10 instead of $5 like the ezlaptop did. Are they trying to scam us twice? or if you have a better reson I am very anxious to hear it.
Have a good and patient day, DUDE, and I have to agree BUMP

They are actually trying to make enough money to pay for the laptops they intend to ship rather than take a little bit of money from 70,000 people and never ship a single laptop. I have heard several people claim that they, or someone they know received a laptop from EzLaptop, but were unable to provide proof, or even respond to the request with a viable reason why they cannot. The fact that your site has no other means of creating revenue, other than people paying thier $5, tells me this is a matrix scheme. I am not fundamentally opposed to matrix sites, but they just dont work for everyone. All incentive based web sites opperate on a variation of the basic matrix or pyramid. They count on the fact that everyone who joins cannot possibly meet the requirements of receiving a gift. Do the math...
In order for you to receive a gift you have to refer 25 people. For all of those people to get a gift, 625 more people have to pay $5, then 15,625, then 390,625, then 9,765,625, then another 244,140,625, then 6,103,515,625. So, the pyramid can only go 8 levels deep. Besides, its only a matter of time before the do gooders at matrixwatch.org find them, have them shut down, and your $5 goes with it.
CHPLaptops sells advertising, along with the membership fees to pay for the laptops.
BTW, my name is Leon, not dude, if you cant get that information from my username, and I am 40 years old.

Bump again

And again....

Received 2 emails from them today. One worth 5 points, and the other worth 6 points. So much for someone elses one email for one point per day theory.

Oh, dont pay any attention to this. Just trying to keep it visible

I was reading a magazine which compared all the "get this free"
websites. It labeled many of them as frauds, but some were legit, it
rated this sight the highest because its spam free, and it actually
gives you the product. If you want to sign up, just click this link:

I highly recommend it, and I'm aiming to order an xbox 360.

If you want to make these claims at least tell people the truth. The only reason you got 6 and 5 points each for those emails was because they lost all the people's info so they decided to credit everyone with 20 points. You get 1 email a day worth one point.. This was just a weird circumstance that happened. Also the site was down the other day for 12 hours.. Another sketchy thing that happened. Don't lie to these people your trying to get to sign up under your referal link. Your weak dude.
-
And you're an uninformed jerk. I didn't bother to include the 5 point bonus email we received when the site went down, and for your information, we received a 4 point email yesterday. I'll be happy to post a screenshot of my credits to date.
-
As promised, here is the screenshot of my credits to date.
Note: The one marked, "Welcome Back" is the 5 point bonus email we received for the site being offline. You will notice I was completely honest about the other 2, 4, 5, and 6 point emails.

They just added two more options to the laptops. A Gateway model, for less than 300 credits, and an Alienware model for closer to 700 credits (675 I think).
-
What, no response from the person who claimed I was trying to mislead everyone? Hurts to be wrong I guess.
-
Gotta bring it back up again
-
No matrices to fill, referring not required, dont have to do any offers. Just read and click. The rest is optional. Getting a new laptop could not be easier.

Gratis Internet, the marketing mogul responsible for giving away ipods, mini mac, sony psp's and more, can be a pain in the arse to deal with. I registered Gratis Internet Sucks after a problem I had getting my free ipod after I had succesfully completed one of thier offers. Since registering the site, I have been contacted by many employees of gratis internet, and was eventually contacted by the president of the company. If you try and contact them, they will ignore you, but they won't ignore me. I have some valuable contact information, and I posted it to my site for 2 days, and they were not happy. That's when I got my ipod. If you are a referral of mine, and then complete your part of the bargain, by that I mean get your legitimate referrals, but for some reason don't get your ipod, I will help you. I don't like it when big companies like this scam people. We have a way to keep them honest, so lets do it. Even if you aren't a referral of mine, I will still try and help you if you get screwed by them. I am going for the mini mac right now, and would appreciate the help.

chplaptops.com, as of right now is DOWN.
even, chpforum.com the "member owned" forum site is DOWN too.
Now if they're supposed to be totally independant of each other (to avoid any bias) - why are they both down at the same time. Coincidence?
Did someone forget to pay the bill?

I was just there, and CHPLaptops is running just fine.
-
Oh, I almost for got thank you for the free bump.

It's sucj a lie that the forum and chplaptop site is independent, both run on the same server, adn have the same domain, which means on the same account.
