Title: 2 NICs on same PC

Anyone knows how to to force some but not all software on an operating system level to use a specific NIC when using a protocol?

i.e. there is one PC with 2 NICs. I want an FTP software to use NIC n.1 which is directly logged on an ISDN line. I want all other software on that O.S. to use the other NIC.
