Title: HELP ME!!! directx 9.0c is demonic!!!

hey, i desperatly need help. my directx 9.0c wont install due to the file dxnt.inf not being signed /mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' /> .....so it says it wont copy or something. also, i cannot just re-download it from windows place. my computer wont let me download SP2..... /sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />
