Title: Receive 0.25$ from IPTL just for sign up !

Hello

I Just by signed up to It Pays $ dollar to Learn, and i receive 0.25 $ on my paypal account  /biggrin.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':D\' />.

I just sent previously 1 cent to IPTL to confirm my paypal account, and within 24 hours a received 26 cents (25 + the cent i sent)

Jus have a look at it :
