I recently repaired the PC of one of my friends and use my cracked version of Windows XP Home to reinstall. I used a crack to avoid the activation but it looks like it wasn't worth much because even if the activation window wasn't showing, it was still on and now that the limit was reached, he can't open is PC anymore.
The guy had a real cd of Windows XP Home and he called Microsoft, which told him he had to use MY cdkey (which is cracked) to activate the product. Result, he's screwed even if he has a ral copy of the product.
To solve this, I,d like to know if there's a way to bypass the activation even is the limit is reached. I could put is HD on my pc and try something...
