Title: XP pro. SP2 key+activation?

I have a copy of a Win xp pro. with SP2, Swedish version. I would need a working key, and do i also need an activation code? Don´t know much about xp, some versions needs an activation code, pro and home edition? This may be an corp. version, im not sure.
Must upgrade mu sh***y Win. ME.
Please help me!
