dclcom.biz has the smallest lists right now, please use spazbamEmail Removed as your referral.  Those other monster lists suck!  The only thing is you have to use a stormpay account.  It is the same as paypal only you have to follow up with a pin, so maybe it's a bit safer then paypal.  Plus, stormpay has free auctions, its pretty cool.
