Title: upgrade or full install

i went to my local comp usa and bought windows xp professional edition. Should i do the upgrade or the full install? Keep in mind that i am upgrading from a windows 98se computer and the computer is kind of new (2-3 yrs old). thanks.

Do the full install, always seems to work out to a better system. (faster OS = faster system all other things being equal)
