Title: file extension & how to open please

hi ......there are many downloads available, however they are all using the  .atn  extension.......i can download the file, but can't open it.....i do know that it's an Adobe Photoshop Action File......I use Paint Shop Pro tho.......can someone tell me how to open this file after i download it ?.......any help would be greatly appreciated.....thanks in advance........wiifm8

I don't have Photoshop, but I hope this helps
Make sure you save the .atn files to the correct path
