Title: SCKeylog-b inside explorer.exe

I have a trojan horse inside my explorer.exe ( SCKeylog-B ) and I need help to remove him I already downloaded avast and he found the trojan but my problem is that I think he would remove the file " explorer.exe " and I think that's a file you need.
heeeeeeeeelp plz
