Oh lord. This is sad... it pains me to see you little guys thinking there are hacks n' stuff for RS. It doesn't exist. You will never recieve anything free, ever, unless they are your friend in real life, at which point your password is STILL unsafe. Please, I ask you all, just FLAME every scammer (everyone who posts here asking you to go to a website/email you their password/send you a file) and kick them between the eyes.

I am a level 69 Warrior/Mage/Ranger, I have been playing for five years. I am Spykill, the guy who promised free stuff, and I am working toward getting that stuff for the people who made their wishes (2 wishes remaining, somone might wanna snatch up the thread)

if so , how  come ive seen lvl 164???????????????????????

LMFAO, the highest level IS 126, look at zezima with all level 99 skills, he is level 126... There are higher monsters than 126 but no people...

The highest PLAYER lvl is 126 with all combat skills lvl 99

.....and the lowest lol i think evrey one knows is......3
 by the way zezima is lvl 126 and all his stats r lvl 99 his total is lvl 2079

hmm.... just talk eh. well i er... um... i like killing chickens they give a real challenge. just kiddin lol. my favorite thing to do is rune out to the wilderness up to the big demons (i forget names easy) and die lol >.<
