Well they haven't sent me any spam so far, and you don't need a credit card or anything, but they seem like a legitimate site, I'm not forcing anybody to sign up, just encouraging it.

That part of the TOS wasn't there when i signed up for it, and yes, i already knew that, but did you have to bump it all the way back up to tell me that?
