Title: Internet speed extreme fast but game slow

Hi, i have this weird problem... my internet speed go constant fast when dl or surfing the net... dl goes 800kb/sec and upload 800 aswell
but when i play games such as... warcraft3, diablo2, cs, maplestory and such... its soso slow... its lags like mad... i think theres somethign to do with the priority of games thats set low for the server... is there way to fix that?

You wanna find a server with a low ping. For dsl...usually 150 and lower offers good game performance...though you can usually go alot higher than that.

What are your computer specs (processor type, memory, video card type)

for CS open your console (`) and type "rate"
if that number is low enough it can cause slow connections
it measures your DL speed in Kb/s, which is different than KB/s
1 KB is 1/8 of a Kb
determine your DL speed and then type "rate *your speed*"
determine your speed online with a bandwidth test or something like that
