Dude, if you really want to read the terms that literally, that's fine with me, but somebody just the other day told me that they sent their form in with no mention of any purchase
EDIT: Never mind, I just read the TOS, and I swear, that part was not in there when i signed up for the site, but it is in there now, says it pretty clearly, you have to make at least a 100$ purchase....
