Hi all
I basically have i little problem (no wise cracks), i installed win 2k and everything was going well untill i started using this pc to copy customers data onto it through putting there hard drive into my pc as a primary slave, then the pc blue screened with the error message saying incompatible_boot_device, so i thought i would go in and run chkdsk /f,(this is what it told me to do), but chkdsk /? said no /f so i done the 2 /s that it gave me and reset mbr and played with the logon command to see what it done and now it says the registry is corupt or some thing like that
So the question is am i going to get this every now and then when im trying to copy a customers data over onto my master drive, is there an easy way out of this and should i be copying customers data a different way ?
If anyone could please help! i would be gratefull
