Hello,
I am trying to streamline my computer and wish to eliminate some things from my registry and in turn my MSCONFIG list. I have come across this entry:
C:\Windows\System32\M?HTA.exe
Can someone identify it for me by way of what it is, what it does, what it is linked to and whether or not I can eliminate it or not?
Thank you,
Alisa

Hi alisak2000
Sorry I didn't notice your post earlier
If you still want a hand with that file
Can you do the following
Download Hijackthis 1.99.1 from my signature below
Save it too a permanent folder on your drive
Run hijackthis.exe and do a System scan and save log file
When the log opens
Copy and paste back to this thread the Whole contents
