Title: Trojan.vundo CANNOT REMOVE!!

I am completely computer illiterate.  I have tried everything.  Norton says i have been affected by this in this file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtuts.dll

I downloaded vundofix and the sym. tool...no help.  I also have Dl'ed HIJACKTHIS but dont know what to do.

Can anyone help???
