Title: Can't deinstall PANDA antivirus

I have installed Oracle 9i2 but TNS Listener is crashed, Somebody has suggested a solution to deinstall Panda Antivirus But I am not able to de-install It gives error RPC server not available for starting installation launch up engine

Try to install Panda over the installation that you already have and then try to uninstall.
