Title: e, f, g, drives not working

Hi,
Windows no longer is detecting my e, f, and g drives.  They don't work at all.  These are the digital media ports on the front of my Windows XP MCE compter tower.  The DVD and CD-rom drives are working fine still.  Does anyone know what could have caused this?  Is it a simple fix or do I need to return it to Best Buy for service?
