Title: Kernel32.dll??

When i try to run a program.. just to give u a headsup it's a game called ageofempires 3. I get this error.. "The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll..  this is unabling me to open up my game..

Plz help me!
