Could anyone point me to a guide on how to change a foreign language installation disc of Windows XP to English? I've Googled, but haven't found anything pertinent.
I think it could be done manually with Isobuster and whatever necessary files.
(I think nlite program will do it to, but I haven't downloaded the necessary Net Framework to try it.)
