Ok my nephew was on a few days ago playing a bunch of games and such. next day i got on it, it was really slow and i kept getting pop up's saying, "your computer may be infected with spyware" so i immediatly went to Ad-Aware and spybot and such, they didn't find anything. So then i did a scan with AVG antivirus, tht didn't find nothing. Then i did a scan with Panda's online scan and it found 6 viruses (3 which could'nt be disinfected) and 1 spyware (that wasn't disinfected)

**Edit**
Ok now i see that all of these were "viruses" were in the temporary internet fies.. i removed them. Im going to do another scan with Panda to see if it picks up anythign again.
-
Ok i didn't see it.. there in the content folders under temp files.. is it safe to manually delete these?
-
Yes, you can delete those
But I also suggest you run Windows CleanUp! if you still have it installed
If not
==Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp files,cookies, etc...
Windows Cleanup! 4.0 (http://\"http://downloads.stevengould.org/cleanup/CleanUp40.exe\")
==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):
* Empty Recycle Bins
* Delete Cookies
* Delete Prefetch files (If applicable)
* Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Close down all browsers
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
Reboot the computer
