Title: possible problem

recently i have updated my mcafee virus scanner because it was expired and now i keep getting a thing pop up from it for a potentially unwanted program or PUP.  i have not had any problems with my computer in a long time.  the last time i had problems i came here and someone helped me get it fixed up good.  i dont know if this is a problem or not.  i ran adaware, cwshredder, spybot, virus scan, and i have spyware blaster running also.  i cleaned up everything from those programs but the PUP still comes up.  it hasn't popped up on me yet today so i cant remember what the file was.  i think it comes from the aurora problem.  here is my hijackthis log:

Your log looks good, the next time you see the popup
Keep track of the file name and the exact path it comes from

ok....when the PUP came back up again, this is the info i got from it:

Program Name:  Adware-IEPageHelper

File:  A0036769.DLL

File Path:  C:\System Volume Information\_restore{A4D3AE5D-6FAE-4B82-A668-9F31853A749E}\RP161

i could not get into the System Volume Information folder to look

That file is in your system restore folder
Do rid yourself of it

You should disable system restore>>Reboot your computer>>and then reenable it
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
