Title: No OS?

Hi, i got a computer for free from a relative and now it doesnt seem to ahev any OS on it im confused, i try to run the boot disk but nothing happens. im pretty sure this is the case, its a shame it was an OK computer too.  any ideas?

Is it possible you could perhaps provide more information about the system to which you are refering?

Specifically, specs of the system.

Describe, also if you could, what happens step by step when you turn the computer on as well please.   Really need some information before I can give you any feedback of value.
