Simply plead your case at runescape.com, if you were banned for an unfair or unjust reason than you should be able to get your account back.

if u were banned coz of sumthing serious, u dont deserve ur account back, thats just the way it goes

i was banned to allanon was right go to account recovery if its nothing serious
