These two paid to surf programs are the best in the business. They pay on time everytime.
First: GWPTraffic (http://\"http://www.gwptraffic.com/?ref=261\") I have been paid 4 times by this site. They pay 5.5% for 30 days, and accept Stormpay and e-gold. If you need help with e-gold, let me know, and I'll show you how to get set up. E-gold is a better payment processor because thier fees are lower (1% up to a maximum of 75cents, instead of stormdrain which charges 6.9% + 69cents).
Second: 12DailyPro (http://\"http://www.12dailypro.com/?ref=84760\") I have been paid twice. They pay 12% for 12 days, and pay within 7 days after your upgrade expires. For best results; upgrade every 6 days, and within a month, you'll be getting paid every week. Accepts Stormdrain and e-gold.
Other paid to surfs to consider:
SurfMunkee (http://\"http://www.surfmunkee.com/signup.php?ref=8651\") Pays from 1% to 4% upgrades never expire.
VivaSurf (http://\"http://vivasurf.com/?ref=9938\") A very trustworthy autosurf. Pays 3% for 70 days.
All of the above sites, except 12DailyPro, give you a trial upgrade unit to sample thier programs.

Vivasurf accepts paypal, but you have to cash out with a different payment processor.
