Every site that i go to u need a credit card and i don't have one or want one for that matter.

most sites are like that. If ur a member of the freeipod site they occassionaly have the ebay offer thats free and doesnt need a cc.

On this site you can probabley use your debit card if you have one in place of a credit card. Or some offers like the Poker expert offer has payment options. Or if you want a credit card go to one of the credit card offers and fill it out (My suggestion would be the college credit card because of little or no interet but you will have a low money limit on some.)  All you have to do is click here

You have to do one offer but the currently have 6 no cc offers and a filter to filter out the credit card offers and only veiw the free no cc ones.

its only for US or Canadian residents. there's no need for a credit card. it might take you a while but its free and all you need to do is complete offers.
