Title: Messenger pop-ups

I recently rebooted my computer and started from scratch, but I am already experiencing "messenger" pop-ups. I no longer have hijack this or any of the other downloads you helped me with last time. Questolo helped me last time.

After a fresh install, make sure you go to Windows updates and get all latest High priority updates and service packs
