Hi all,

I need to now the exact   with wich I can shutdown windows with the rundll32.exe.

This is a way  with a shortcut of RUNDLL32.EXE on the desktop .This works for win 98 -winxp , I don\'t know if it works for w2k too .The winXP way will not work for w2k because w2k has no shutdown.exe.

I have the tool called poweroff. The software is freeware. It works great for me. I schedule it to shut down at a certain time in my computer lab... It also supports wakeup on lan, reomote shutdown, restart....
