PLease can someone complete an offer here using my referal link.  I need one more referall and have been waiting a few months for one and am desperate.

I would love to help, but I am not into the whole paypal thing. Do you want to trade referrals. I have posted about this elsewhere on this forum, but no replies. If interested, I would rather you go green first (bad experiences other way around), and I will immediately do the same for you.
