Title: catastrophic failure

hi.  sorry for not replying back.  i got the alcan.a p2p worm out of my sytem with an anti-virus program my friend gave to me.  however, my dad's laptp has this "catastrophic failure" while he was running WinForm.  i hear there is this catastrophicfailure.exe program that would fix this but i can't seem to find the program anywhere.  is there another way to fix this "failure"?
