Title: STOP SCANNING MY PORTS

I do not know why but that IP[61.132.74.135] scans my pc every night.
I dont have any idea why but i tried to backtrace but it dont help,mabey
one of yall have a program that can find this bad guy for me or mabey i can
report his IP to someone so he/she will stop.

how do ppl even do that [censored]?
