ok Hit Print screen the open up paints and select "File" the paste the ya go

well if u didn't get that
1.) hit 'print screen'(right next to 'F12')
2.)open paint press 'ctrl+v' or right click and hit paiste
3.)edit as you wish
(for a sig like mine)
4.)find a bg
5.)cut the lvls you want and paiste on the bg
6.)add a pic of ur character on rs
