I have recently come upon a big lumpsum of money and that i would like to buy a party hat.

I will be paying with Paypal.

Due to some recently bad experiences with scammers, i have been scammed out of loads of money.

I have recently been scammed for over $650 US. therefore i shall not be paying first due to many of these very bad experiences.

Look on paypal for that u paid and u didnt recieve your item, u can get your 650$ try and find a techguuy or 1-800 number. but there's a way when ppl scam u, u can tell paypal and they'll get your money back.

Yes I know that you can get your money back but for some reason it would not let me take it back. It said that I had recived my item and idk, it was just strange.

I hate scammers, its illegal to get something like a phat and not pay them, considered stealing.

Most likely no1 will give you a p-hat first. Maybe you should just try to buy mils, buy a mil at a time to get trust up. That'd be the best option.

Read what i just said, with mils u can buy your p-hat. But i bet no1 is going to give u a p-hat , n have you pay after that. Especailly with all the scammers, but oh well Goodluck, i was just suggesting that'd be your best bet to buy mils, than buy p-hat with it.

I'm sorry but that is not possible that you couldnt reverse money on PayPal.  And it wouldn't have said item already received becasue runescape items are intangible and cannot be tracked.

i agree with the dude saying you should be buying mils instead, a party hat all at once is just too much to trust any stranger with. i could probably sell you enough gp to buy a party hat, you can pay in chunks if you dont want to risk getting scammed. i'm charging 10 USD a mil, as opposed to 13-15 USD per mil on ebay.

Mr.elite thats a lie paypal is garbage even though i use it, i sold a guy runescape money and he payed me 100 dollors, then a month after he made a complain or soemthing...since a month passed i already took the money out and spent it paypal then did a so called investigation to see why the kid made a complain he said his cc was stolen and used(was the biggest lie ever), the kid then go to keep my runescape cash and i was forced to pay back the 100 dollors...Does that seem fair to you at all?

And guess what since it was an item for a game the kid told them he never got the item and guess what since there was no proof cause it was a game he got away with it.

Telling sellers to give you a party hat worth anywhere from 75m -200m first isent a smart way to get a seller...

Unfortunitly thats what scammers say...so im sure you should go first if anything...

Secondly if someone tries to walk away with your $$, you can do a chargeback, paypal will investigate and youll get your money back..those are soem reasons why you should go first if anything.

Are you able to scan a copy of your Driving Licence/ID Card and sign a peice of paper saying that you agree to the send the ammount,And you agree not to reverse?

I wouldn't take the chance i have seen it in the passed on popular & large sites mods turn shady for a phat.
