Title: hard disk prob

ok i got an hp a1130n it came whith xp media center but i dint like cause if something go wrong and i have to recover i will lose everything so what im tryin to do is that i have a 2nd hd 40 gb but its id  than i have another one that came whith the computer that its 250 gb what i whant to do is make master the 40 gb and slave the 250 gb but wen i had my 40 gb and try to recover the compuer says that there is no hd i was like what the hell
anyways i said let me recover the 250 gb and keep slave the 40 gb  but i need to transfer some movies that i got in the 250 to the 40 gb so i install both hd on the computer . now one its ata one id when i turn on the computer i get ntldr its missing pres a key to restart
anyone can help whith this

guys dont worry about this one i figured out. what i did was that in the back off id hd change the switch from slave to cs than to the ata i change the plug in ht motherboard my motherbord has 4 plugs si i change from the first to 2nd and now works great everythink beside the new hd its noisy

by the way i was checking the bios today and i see that it shows me both hd like master do i have to do anything?
