Hi I hope you can help me out on this. i read all the other post about this and i tried all of your tips. but i dont see a complete folder or the winupdates folder. but when is scan with norton it scans a complet folder?? please help

Hi, I had the same problem recently on a friend's computer. the solution is to type the path in the 'RUN' command located in the start menu. e.g. C:\documents and settings\'name'\complete
the contents of the folder should be visible but it may take some time if there are a lot of files in there.
if you click on the folders icon at the top of the window, the tree will be shown on the left and you can right click and delete the complete folder.
If I were you i would do this on all users if you have mutiple accounts set up on your PC.
