Im wanting to buy a phat with sum of my money

As both posessions are valuable, is there a way that neither of us can get scammed.

Cos i dont want to send my money first, instead he runs, and no doubt he is the same

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

yes you can becoz hey jude scammed me 650usd over paypal and i canceled and got the cash back

 You can cancel only unclaimed payments. If your payment is complete, please contact the recipient of the payment to request a refund.

The question above is from paypal.com

So if i pay half, and the person accepts, i cannot cancel the payment.

well when hey jude scammed 650usd from me i made a complaint and then i received an email saying it has been proved that i have not recieved the item and i got a full refund from paypal not hey jude

Yea I'm pretty sure all payments can be reversed.

if im trading cash for a phat, would it be safe if the seller put his phat on ebay with a "buy now" price on, and then i buy it through ebay.  

Would buying through ebay mean that neither of us can get scammed?

I cant sell through ebay anymore because it always gets taken of by Jagex  /mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' />  and some other people will know of this by experience. . .

Try to buy of people who have a verifed Paypal Account (like me  /tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' /> ) because they are registered all through to their bank so are more easily traceable, or ask for links to past ebay sales which include paypal addresses as proof of previous sales (verifed sellers will have numbers against their names of successful sales)

the safest way to my nolage is to put the item on ebay as a buy now at the agreed price. at an agreed time. then the agreed buyer goes and buys it straight after so that jagex don't have time to pull it.
well any way it works for me.

eBay is not full proof but it is step to take to lower the risk of getting scammed.

um u can also use a mm , well if u buy with rs cash that is..since ur buying with real life cash i spose i reccomend evil shady's idea.

first off, dont actually buy a phat. buy the gp equivalent so you can then go buy a phat.

this is safer because it allows you to trade in chunks, so you dont have to trust the seller with all of your hard earned cash /wink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\';)\' />
